Exhibitor Information

Exhibitors will be set up at the conference from Sunday, May 18, 2008 to Tuesday, May 20, 2008.

 

 

For Exhibitors:

We would like to invite you to participate in the 6th International Glyco T Conference. We are offering the following sponsorship levels outlined below. The deadline for reservation of exhibitor space is March 31st.

Platinum Level: For a contribution of $5,000, a Platinum Sponsor will receive:

  1. Two complimentary registrations
  2. Prominent display of company logo and the name on the conference website, at the conference venue and in sponsorships lists
  3. A short article about the company in the program book
  4. The company may publish a full-page advertisement free of charge in the program book.
  5. Items bearing the company’s logo and name that are suitable for placement in participant registration kits will be accepted
  6. Exhibitor space that includes a 6 ft. table with skirting and two stacking chairs

Gold Level: For a contribution of $3,500, a Gold Sponsor will receive:

  1. Two complimentary registrations
  2. Display of company logo and the name on the conference website, at the conference venue, and in sponsorship lists 
  3. A short article about the company in the program book
  4. The company may publish a half-page advertisement free of charge in the program book
  5. Exhibitor space that includes a 6 ft. table with skirting and two stacking chairs.

Silver Level: For a contribution of $2,000, a Silver Sponsor will receive:

  1. One complimentary registration
  2. Display of company logo and the name on the conference website and at the conference venue and in sponsorship lists     
  3. Exhibitor space that includes a 6 ft. table with skirting and two stacking chairs

Exhibitors at all levels will have tables each day, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, from May 18th through May 20th. Set up time for the exhibitors will be 7:00 - 8:00 am Sunday morning, and the break down time is Tuesday, 5:00 pm.
